***OF THE MONTH SHIPMENTS***
As of 4.29. 13, all of the months for April have shipped. If your monthly shipment was skipped in March, please know that we will be extending your monthly shipments out one month. All Of The Months for upcoming months always ship the last 10 days of each month.
We thank you in advance for your patience. Our Tookies are made in small batches to order & a turnaround time is necessary, because your order is completely hand-made! It can happen that we go over our stated turnaround time that is why it is very important that if you need your order by a certain date you must let us know ASAP. We are all about making you quality tookies...not a speedy delivery. Turnaround time does not apply to Quick Ships, Ready To Ships, Of The Month purchases, or Paid Rush Orders.

***Please Note- Only 1 Free Shipping per military member APO/FPO address, if several orders are placed for one military member at the same APO/FPO address, we will only issue one Free shipping discount, unless special arrangements have been made. You will need a different Free shipping discount code for each order. We are also very generous when packaging up an order for each military member, if you you are ordered to ship to a APO/FPO addy we will ship in the largest box we ship in, loading up the box with all kinds of extra Tookies for your military loved one to share. This is what we do.
{PLEASE NOTE-- when shipping to an APO or FPO address, we CANNOT track the package. The military takes over the shipping after it leaves the USA. The only way we can verify if your military package is delivered, is to receive notice from the sender/receiver. if it takes too long to reach your military member, we cannot be responsible for this. 99.9 % of the time, packages do well and the military delivers our packages extremely well, however if it does so happen that your package does not reach your military member, or takes to long, we do not refund, nor do we reship. if it is proven that we did something incorrectly, we will happily be accountable and reship. otherwise, we will not.} By making your purchase, you agree to these terms.***

An event date is required for all orders so that we can schedule your shipment. Please include your event date or desired receive by date in 'notes to seller' and we'll organize orders by those dates. We ship the week of your event. This can exceed 6-8 weeks - so if you have a delivery expectation, please say so!
***RUSH ORDER REQUESTS***
Need a rush order? Convo us first and we'll check our event calendar. Rush orders are currently being handled on a case by case basis & we do charge rush order fees plus 2-day expedited shipping (convo us for quote) to turn your order around in a minimum of 10 business days if accepted .
***CUSTOM ORDERS***
If this is a custom order/listing, you are responsible for ensuring ALL of your event details are correct including flavors, colors, quantities and date. If you complete the check-out process, you have agreed that the details have all been accurately described in your listing. There are no refunds on Custom or Rush Orders. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CUSTOM AND RUSH ORDERS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
***SHIPPING INFORMATION***
We ship USPS Priority Mail. Shipping time 2-5 business days. Please make sure if you are sending Tookies or receiving Tookies that you have communicated by note or verbally with your individual postal carrier. We are not responsible for packages left unattended. If you are shipping to a business address, you must include the 'name' of the business ALSO. If you need expedited/Express Mail shipping, you will need to request this from us in advance, and pay the extra shipping charges, and we will set you up a custom listing for these extra charges.
