I have pre-set times on all items. If you check your purchase history/recent purchases and click on the order, it will show you the date your order will ship.

Your order is not considered PLACED until payment is received.

If I okay'd your RUSH order and told you I can meet your date, please pay immediately. MY guarantee is ONLY if your order is placed the same day we discuss RUSH shipping.

Double and triple check your information: If applicable, the name, size chosen, color thread, etc. I am unable to change any personalizing on your order once it is stitched & completed, regardless of whether or not it has been shipped.

I am unable to "exchange" your custom/personalized order if you have made an error. A new order MUST be placed

I use Brands that are True to size. Having said that, I ALWAYS measure my shirts regardless of what the tag says. Just order the size the recipient or you normally wear and that is the size(measurement) you will receive. Do NOT be alarmed if the tag says something different to what you ordered. I have measured your shirt and matched it to the standard size.

If any of the shirts run small, I will move up a size. Some listings have measurements in the photo, particularly of the ladies' shirts. Please view it.

I am unable to offer wholesale pricing on my items. I am thrilled for large orders but what that means for me is a lot more work and a lot more materials being used. I craft your item, 1 at a time and I do it all. There is no outsourcing/second party involved in anything. I DO NOT Mass Produce. Thank you for your understanding.

I strongly suggest adding insurance to your order. If it is shipped 1st Class there is no insurance if USPS loses/damages your order and I will not be able to replace or refund your order.

However, orders shipped priority are always insured.

After washing your Applique Design shirt, to get it back to how it looked when it arrived please consider the following(you will need a press cloth, starch, and an iron):

1. Heat iron to the hottest setting
2. Spray starch on the applique design(do not saturate it)
3. Place press cloth over design
4. Iron using some pressure

This will get out the wrinkles that result from washing/throwing the item in the dryer
