Trilogie is very rurally based, so shipping is generally done on Tuesdays and Fridays. If you need your item urgently, please contact me before buying and I will see what I can do. Parcels are sent using Colissimo, flat items via regular letter which is untracked.

I hate waste and use recycled packaging as much as possible. Your package may well involve some french newspaper, a french soapbox or something similar! But rest assured I will package your item adequately and with great care. It is very important to me that your parcel reaches you in perfect condition.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for any duties, customs and taxes levied by their individual countries, and please make sure that your Etsy and Paypal addresses match.

Cameras have been tested by me with film. Any flaws, or faults will be noted. If in rare cases I have untested the camera I will state clearly in the listing.
