The pendant is gorgeous. It was a bit tough to open, but that's not a problem at all. I wish the chain was a bit more sturdy, but I will say that the dainty look of it really makes it gorgeous. 4 stars only because the picture is actually just placed inside, and I thought it would be an inlay or something? There's nothing shielding the picture like a plastic cover, which I really would have liked. Overall, I will be buying 4 more soon for my siblings! The seller was patient with me and let me know how the picture would look beforehand, and it shipped quickly, and that's what I needed.
