Note from shop owner I am moving to Poland for good and I don't know when or if I'll be able to open my shop again. Big thanks to everyone who supported me through my journey in the last 12 years. <3
For now I have to figure out my life. Peace out.

Shop policies

I am not currently making jewellery full time, due to medical reasons and involvement in other projects. I apologize for the inconvenience and hope that you'll find my products acceptable nonetheless.

All my items are unique and one of a kind, even though some of them may seem similar. I pick my supplies carefully and make sure the elements match.

A lot of passion, design skills and thought goes into each piece. Making wire wrapped pendants is time consuming and requires certain skills.

I DO NOT COPY OTHER DESIGNS AND I DON'T MAKE COPYRIGHTED DESIGNS.

I cannot guarantee that the watch parts that I use for my creations are nickel free, but usually I try to attach them in a way that they don't touch the wearer's skin (except the whole watch movements that some pendants are based on). However other supplies I'm using, like beads and wire, most definitely are. I mostly use copper wire (bare or plated).

When buying a gift and asking for a custom message, please be advised that I am legally obliged to disclose the item's price on every package that I send outside the European Union.

Shipping

In order to prevent potential postage problems, I only send items by An Post registered mail (excluding items which descriptions that clearly say that they will be sent by standard mail), which means that someone has to be there to sign a paper to receive the item. Therefore I can't send to P.O. Box addresses. Please consider that when you set your postage address.

I'm really sorry about the high shipping price, but I don't have much influence over that. The shipping cost is calculated by the weight of an item. The registered letter that will fit my average products costs 12.70 EUR (which is about 14.80 USD) plus the envelope. You can check the postage rates at their website: https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Sending/Postal-Rates/Registered-Post

I usually ship items once or twice a week (except holiday/Valentine's day season, more often then). If you want to receive your item before a certain date, please let me know so I can ship it in time.

I don't use courier service for now.

Additional policies and FAQs

I don't accept any commissions right now, because I can barely keep up with things as they are now. I still have literally hundreds of trinkets to sell and will be updating my shop every day with new stuff, so please check it out regularly.
