Payment must be received within one day of purchase. Products will be shipped/emailed once payment is received. If you have any questions or change your mind after placing an order, please get in touch as soon as possible to discuss your options.

IMPORTANT: In some cases a VAT charges or import fees will have to be paid by the customer upon receiving commercial items from overseas so please research these possible charges before you make your purchase as we will not cover the cost. Please also note that we are obliged to declare the true value of your purchase to be within the law.

HOW ARE DIGITAL ITEMS SENT?
Virtual items will be emailed once full payment has been received, although please allow a few minutes for processing. Please check you have supplied your current, correct and valid email address when placing your order.

HOW ARE PHYSICAL ITEMS SENT?
We are based in the UK and products will be shipped within 2 to 5 days of receiving payment. You will be notified via Etsy conversations once your item has been shipped.

UK DELIVERIES:
Should arrive within 2 to 3 days of being sent and will require a delivery confirmation signature on arrival because, for customer piece of mind, we always ship using a tracked service with Royal Mail.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:
Are likely to take longer, approximately 3-6 weeks so please bear this in mind when purchasing gifts for specific dates. We always ship using the international tracked service with Royal Mail.

CUSTOM CHARGES
Please also remember that you, the customer, will be responsible for paying any additional charges that may apply in your country such as customs charges, import tax, VAT etc. We strongly recommended you research these hidden costs before you buy so there are no surprises when your parcel arrives.

UPGRADE YOUR SHIPPING WITH INSURANCE
If you want complete piece of mind, we recommended that you upgrade your parcel with appropriate insurance. Without insurance I am afraid Vaudeville Hippie cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during shipping. We do everything we can to minimise damage or loss during transport and ensure the product is securely wrapped. Please contact us via Etsy conversations prior to purchase if you are interested in upgrading so a price can be discussed and your desired purchase reserved in the meantime.

IMPORTANT: Please double check that your shipping address is up to date. Since the items are one of a kind, we would not be able to replicate/resend the item should it go to the wrong address and for that reason, VAUDEVILLE HIPPIE DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for items sent to the wrong address as we ship items in good faith that the information provided is correct.

Only commit to buying if you really intend to. You can always favourite the item and come back when you've made your mind up. Please bear in mind we are a small company and, unlike large corporations who can absorb costs, it costs us money should you change your mind.
