Frequently asked questions
Are the copper-edged pieces soldered?
No, the copper edges are done with copper foil tape and burnished. I like the cleaner lines this creates, however I do hope to offer soldered pieces in the future.
I'm having trouble getting the mini suction cup to work!
Lightly dampen the back of the suction cup with a tiny bit of water before pressing it against the window. The water helps create a better seal. Also be sure the window and suction cup are both clean of dirt. Over time, sun/heat can cause the suction cup to fall from the window, so it's a good idea to re-apply it once in awhile.
