Payment
I should advise you to make the payment within 72hours after purchasing. If the payment is not completed during this period of time, I will unfortunately have no choice but to cancel the transaction, unless you convo me and we will agree differently.
Shipping
Ready to ship items will be send in 1-2 business days after payment is received. Custom ordered items will ship in 5 to 20 days. Through unforeseen circumstances or if you will have an extraordinary request it can take more time to prepare the item.
I will ship to the address that appears on Etsy, unless the you notify me. If the wrong address is provided, I can not provide a refund.
All items will be sent by international air mail with delivery confirmation/tracking number. If you want the item to be sent in other way, please contact me before purchase.
Typically it takes about 7-10 days to deliver the package to European countries and 3-4 weeks to USA or Canada. Of course you can expect the package to come sooner. Sometimes the package can be kept at the customer’s local post office. In this case, the customer must take the package from the post office.
If for some reasons the customer refuses to do so and a package comes back to me- the buyer must pay for postage second time if he wants me to post an order again. If not - I will refund only a sum paid for an item, not for a postage.
