This transaction didn't go as smoothly as hoped...there were two missing parts and some damage in shipping. The seller was helpful in offering to make things right and turn this experience around. In the end there was a postiive outcome. I've marked the feedback neutral instead of positive due to the slow communication and my name being misspelled on both packages mailed. Having my last name incorrectly spelled made things just that much harder with the post office. My name is correctly spelled in PayPal.

This item does not exist as the seller re-listed it to change the shipping rate. I did not purchase and pay for two listings as has been shown, just the one with the lower shipping rate. The seller is entitled to her listing fees, etc. back as she did not have two pairs of earrings to sell, just the one pair which I purchased. Etsy Admin, please remove this from my purchases list. i.e. the pair of Trifari earrings with the $12 shipping rate. Many thanks.
