5 out of 5 starsI am beyond happy with the moss art I purchased. I was looking for something to add some pizzazz to my hallway wall and it does just that! Geri and Sean were super responsive to my questions/requests and the turnaround time was impressive. There's a an "earthy" smell to the moss so something to keep in mind. However, it honestly grounds me when I smell it.

What kind of care does this artwork require?
There is no care except to place indoors out of the sun. After a year or so, you may want to dust off the work with a can of compressed air.
Are the plants real?
Yes, all our plants in the art is real. The preserved moss maintains it’s color and soft texture. You wont know the difference. It's incredible!
Where should I place my moss wall art?
Moss wall art is made to be placed indoors only. We also recommend not having the product in direct sunlight, because, over time, the sun can damage the work. Because these are preserved plants without any dirt, the artwork is very light and can be hung on any wall without any worry. Even the largest pieces can easily be supported by one or two screws into drywall.
Will I get exactly the same work as I see in the picture?
No. Each piece is a unique work of art. When purchasing from us, the piece that you receive will be similar to the one in the image, but not exactly.
For how long will the artwork last?
Since these are preserved plants, the artwork will last for decades, if kept out of the sunlight. The work will be as beautiful in years to come as it is now.
What are the frames made from?
We make each of our frames with pine wood. We use the "shou sugi ban" firing technique after the frame has been hand-assembled. If you prefer a different frame color, please let us know.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 100% guarantee on our work. We hope you will love it, but if you want to return it, make sure to contact us immediately and return the work within 14 days of receipt. You must pay the shipping costs for the return journey. When we receive the work back, we will refund you the full cost of the work. If you receive your work damaged, we ask that you send us an image of the damage immediately so that we can quickly process a return/refund. All returns and refunds must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.

Where is your work made?
All our finished products are hand-made in Santa Barbara, California. Our moss is sourced from the U.S. using sustainable practices. You can feel good about getting artwork from us.
