All orders are completed and shipped within 1-3 business days. I work from my studio every Monday and Wednesday and orders are shipped via USPS on Tuesday and Thursday.
Multiple Item Discounts: For discounted prices, a minimum of 25 pieces of the same item must be purchased. Please convo me for further details.
A Note Regarding Shipping: All orders are processed on Tuesday and Thursday's. No rush delivery is available. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has shipped. This shipping notification will include a tracking number and is the reason for shipping price increases in this shop. All shipping overage charges in excess of $2 will be refunded to you within 48 hours of shipment of your package.
For overnight or priority shipping, please be aware that the starting price for domestic two-day delivery is a minimum of $20 and this rate is in excess of $40 for international orders. Please contact me via convo to schedule your priority or overnight delivery.
First Class Delivery typically takes between 2-3 days to arrive to continental United States addresses. Overseas and international orders may take up to 2-6 weeks for delivery.
If you need expedited shipping, please convo me and I will be happy to work with you to get you your package when needed.
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges: Due to the handmade nature of the products in my shop, no returns, refunds or exchanges can be made. I do my best to provide accurate descriptions and product photos. It is your responsibility as a buyer to make sure that the products you choose to purchase are going to meet your needs. If upon receipt of your purchase you decide that you wanted a different charm or necklace length for any reason, I will not provide a replacement charm or necklace. You must purchase additional charms or necklace lengths and pay the shipping charges.
