As the wheel of the year turns, the seasons change and the weather cools here in Australia, it's time for knitting! Watch for new shawls coming soon; each is unique, hand-knitted from thrifted, de-stashed, and reclaimed yarns, featuring a diverse array of colors and textures.
General information...
Every item in my Etsy shop is personally handcrafted by myself and custom requests are my specialty! My preferred method of creating customs is for you to message me to discuss your ideas, you can expect photos of materials to be chosen from, work in progress photos giving you the option to make changes and final item photos. My goal is to create the perfect item for you.
I generally dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your order (excepting weekends and public holidays when the post office is closed). Please understand once your parcel has been handed over to the post office, I have no control over how long it takes the postal system to deliver your parcel.
All orders are sent with tracking numbers and I'm always happy to combine multiple items into a single parcel for you.
If I don't have your country listed as "ship to" Let me know and I'll be happy to investigate the import requirements and cost for you.

Custom and personalised orders
Custom requests are possible on my Goddess charm bracelets. I'm always happy to research your favorite goddess and turn her signs and symbols into a beautiful piece of jewellery for you to wear.
International postage
All international orders are sent via trackable postage.
Customers outside of Australia are responsible for paying any taxes and import duties that may incur. Please contact or visit your governments website for more details on what you may or may not be allowed to import and what charges are applicable once a purchased item reaches your country.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All my Jewelry is packaged in my own handmade, up-cycled silk, drawstring bags wrapped in tissue paper, ready to give as a gift and wrapped again in recycled bubble wrap. (if you could recycle it again that would be just wonderful!)
I'm always happy to include a gift note/card at no extra cost.
Care instructions
As with all costume jewellery, a little care will keep your hancrafted jewels looking good!
Avoid contact with water, oils and cosmetics as they may damage the finish on some beads.
A polish with a soft cloth or jewellery cloth will keep the charms shiny.
When not wearing your jewellery it should be stored in the silk bag provided to avoid tangling with other jewels.
Should your jewellery snag on clothing, please gently un-snag it, don't pull or tug.
And lastly, please try to avoid the temptation to rattle and shake your bracelet, most of the beads are glass or stone and may chip with rough treatment.
