**If you don't receive your file via email within 1-2 days of purchase, please contact me. Oftentimes, the email gets sent to junk mail. No physical item will be shipped.

**There are no refunds. However, please contact me if you are not satisfied with your order. I will work with you to make sure you are happy ;)

Once you receive your file, save to your computer and then print at home or upload online to your local print shop (Staples, Office Max, and Costco all offer inexpensive quality prints). Print as many times as you like!
