Custom and personalized orders

What is the processing time?

FOR PRINTED ORDERS ONLY:
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, and printing. During busy times it may take longer to process your order (during wedding season, for example). Please check the Shop Announcement on the main page for current information or convo us BEFORE ORDERING to see if we can meet your date.

BAGS AND OTHER NON-CUSTOM ITEMS:
-All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS:
You will receive a link where you can edit and save your template immediately. My shop has partnered with Prints of Love to offer fast, high quality, and affordable printing. Free envelopes and free 2-3 day U.S. shipping! Simply follow this link:

Custom and personalized orders

The time to make your order doesn't include weekends, holidays, or delivery time. Please plan accordingly to allow time for your item to deliver. Feel free to convo me if you have a special request, and please refrain from asking questions within the receipt of your order. I do not review the details of your order until it is ready to be worked on, so any questions or important information might be missed or not answered in a timely manner. Because of the volume of convos I receive I am not always able to respond immediately with shipping information. Etsy sends an automatic email when orders are shipped. Thank you in advance for your patience during this busy wedding season.

Shipping Details

- All US packages are sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail - depending on weight. International packages are sent via USPS first class international (no tracking provided). We will not be held responsible if you do not order with enough time for delivery. International delivery times vary significantly based on location.

We cannot be held responsible for postal delays. Once an item leaves our hands we cannot control the time it takes to get to you. We are not responsible for products damaged or lost in the mail. Arrangements for insurance, signature confirmation, or expedited shipping may be made for an additional fee - please convo us with the details of your request and we'll work it out!

Do you offer refunds?

At this time we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on any of our products due to the custom nature of them. We do not cancel orders for a change of heart. Please be sure you understand what you are purchasing before you order. Many times, orders are processed immediately for non-custom items like favor bags.

If you wish to cancel your custom order after making a purchase, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order. If we have not started customizing your order we will gladly issue a refund. If we HAVE started customization we will be unable to issue a refund.

Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect address for shipping and the order is returned to us or not received in time for your event we cannot be held responsible and no refunds will be given. If the package was returned and needs to be resent to a new address, the shipping cost must be paid before we can ship the item.
