Custom and personalized orders

I accept a LIMITED amount of custom orders each month. NEW CUSTOMERS must pay up front for the custom order before I will begin working on it. EXISTING CUSTOMERS (ones who have already had one or more custom orders already) may pay when their order is completed.

Will you hold items for me to purchase later?

NEW CUSTOMERS may request that I hold one or more items for a period of 24 hours only. After 24 hours from receiving the custom listing link, if you have not purchased the item I will remove the hold and make the item available to other customers. EXISTING CUSTOMERS may request longer holds (within reason - please contact me to work out the details).

Why don't you ship to every country?

Due to past bad experiences with the postal systems of certain countries (items lost in transit, etc.), I no longer ship to certain countries. You may contact me if your country is not available and we can discuss options. If you live in GERMANY, I will ship to you, but we need to talk first (due to new shipping regulations in your country).
