Frequently asked questions
What is the turn around time for a custom portrait?
Portraits are processed in the order they are received. Since every listing is 100% custom and made-to-order I tend to have a 1-3 month waitlist. Once an order has been placed, I have all the details I need and payment had been received you will be added to my waitlist. I will contact you with approximate date in which you will receive a digital sketched proof. Small adjustments may be made at this time. After approval, your order will be fabricated and shipped within 3-5 business days.
What is the return policy?
Due to the custom nature of my products I am unable to accept returns once a portrait has been illustrated (2 weeks prior to scheduled ship date.) If you wish to cancel your order you may do so up to 2 weeks prior to your scheduled ship date. I package items with great care and trust that USPS will get you your package safely. If there are any issues with your shipment please contact me at yearofthebloom@gmail.com. Items arrived damaged will be replaced.
