We offer you our Mended Hearts and anything made of fabric

We are a group of three artists, friends, who each perch on the south side of Mauna Loa, in Ocean View on the Big Island of Hawaii.

I have a graphic design background and always wanted to be an artist. Jane can make anything out of fabric, as well as several really great chocolate cakes. Charlene is currently full-on dedicated to the Mended Hearts project with over 1,000, to date. Mended Hearts are in 25 states and 14 countries. I'm totally smitten with these two fantastically creative women and so happy to be working with them.

While each of us is an independent artist in our own right, we have come together as The Zen Hens as a way to encourage, motivate, and collaborate. For all 3 of us "chicks," creating fun, useful and artful objects is all about love and laughter. For ourselves and for everyone who takes home a Zen Hen original.
