I am happy to work with you to arrange a layaway or payment plan.

My layaway policies are as follows:

1. An initial non-refundable deposit of 20% will reserve an item with the balance due within 90 days.

2. We can schedule either bi-monthly or monthly payments.

3. Once the final payment has cleared, the item will be shipped.

4. Payment not completed within 48 hours of the arranged date will negate the sale unless prior arrangements have been made. Layaway payments are non-refundable and layaway items cannot be returned or exchanged.

I do not provide ring sizing services. There are many variables such as design of the gemstone(s) mounting and the thickness of a band which make each ring's fit individual to the wearer. I believe that the most accurate fit can be obtained by having a customer's reputable local jeweler size their ring after receiving their purchase.

Item must be returned within seven days of receipt of items. I use the USPS site shipment tracking information to determine the item's date of receipt. Returns should be shipped with tracking - please provide the tracking information following shipment - and insurance as Etsy holds buyers responsible for the loss or damage on returns.

Item must be returned in its original condition with all packaging. Items that have been sized or altered in any way are not returnable.

Upon receipt, the purchase price will be refunded to the method of payment utilized, less our actual shipping cost (which varies based upon shipping location, insurance, etc.).

If you need extensions on any timing or other conditions, please communicate in advance.

The gemstones and diamonds in all of my pieces are already set as they are antiques or vintage. Many of the stones are european or mine cut with different measurement parameters than contemporary standards. Without removing the stones from their settings, I am only able to estimate their sizes and weights. I provide the measurements that I am able to take providing you with as much information as possible to envision the proportions and design of the stones and the piece.

All of my antique and vintage items are previously owned and have been used and worn. I lightly polish jewelry, inspect it with a jeweler's loupe, and test it for accuracy of marks or stamps. I use electronic as well as acid testing for gold and metals, and I test diamonds and gemstones for authenticity. I work with a professional jeweler who verifies and authenticates jewelry pieces when I have questions. I utilize all resources available in the research and identification of a piece, and only sell pieces that have been determined to be wearable and in serviceable condition. I provide the most accurate description possible and list any issues that I am aware of with a piece.

Every piece of antique and vintage jewelry has its own history and was crafted in its own way. As a result some of our pieces are more delicate than others, either by design or age. I only sell pieces that I have determined to be in wearable condition, and if I ever have any question about a piece I have them reviewed by colleagues who craft custom fine jewelry.

However, while many of the pieces in my shop can easily be worn every day, not every piece can or should be. Every day wear can be particularly hard on enamel and certain more delicate stones like opals and emeralds. No piece is immune to normal wear and tear if proper care is not taken and items may require routine maintenance.
