IMPORT DUTIES:
Customs policies and import duties differ from country to country. Unfortunately, we will not know if items ordered by our customers will be subject to import duties, as they are only charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If your parcel does incur an import charge, this must be paid for by you, the recipient of the parcel.
CANCELLATIONS:
We are happy to cancel and refund your order at any time, providing it has not yet been shipped. Once it has been posted, it will be too late for us to do this. However, you are welcome to arrange a return if you change your mind. Please check our Returns section for more information.
Shipping
- Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class.
- We retain proof of postage.
Shipping may vary depending on cost of sending.
Second class is more economical, allowing us to offer you lower postage rates.
If for whatever reason you would like us to post your item sooner, please feel free to contact us and we will try our hardest. However, please be aware this may cost more.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us via Etsy to inform you your item is now on its way to you.
If you are worried you have not received a shipping email from our store, please check your junk mail. If a message does not show up there, please do not hesitate to email us via Etsy and we will send you all the necessary shipping information. Tracking numbers can only be provided if a shipping upgrade is purchased, unless otherwise stated.
We endeavor to ship your items out either same day or the following day, although this may take up to three to four working days. Custom made or personalised items may take longer.
