Orders will be posted through Royal Mail. Within the UK orders will be sent 2nd class. International orders will be sent via Airmail. Delivery times are 2-4 days within the UK and 14 days everywhere else. These times are only estimates. For international orders there may be delays of up to 6 weeks at customs. Unfortunately this is something we have no control over. Tracking or insurance are not offered however if you require this please contact us for a specific quote.
In the case of a missing delivery please contact your local post office to see if there have been any issues concerning recent deliveries. In the UK, a period of 15 working days must have passed from the expected delivery date before Royal Mail will consider an item of mail to be lost. If this length of time has passed and your delivery is within the UK please contact us so we can investigate the situation. Alternatively you can contact Royal Mail customer services directly on 08457 740 740 or report lost mail via their website. For customers outside the UK, please check with your local post office for the guidelines concerning lost mail. All cases of non-delivery will be dealt with on the basis of the individual circumstances.
Any customs or duty charges on international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
