UK - Delivery in 3/4 working days. UK orders are generally sent 2nd Class.
EU Europe - Normally 5-7 working days, but please allow at least 2 weeks.
USA / Canada / Australia / Western Europe - Delivery is generally 5-7 working days but please allow 2-3 weeks delivery in case of delays.
Other areas of the world - The average is 10 working days, but please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
The buyer is responsible for any duties and/or customs fees that may be incurred by their destination country.

Returns and Exchanges:
All buyers have 14 days from receipt of goods to cancel the order and return the item. Please contact me before returning the item. Items must be returned using a traceable method in case of loss during transit. Refunds are given within 14 days of receiving the goods back in their original posted condition (minus original postage costs). Please note unless the item was damaged or faulty, the shipping cost to return the item is the buyer's responsibility and will not be refunded.
