Due to the ever increasing cost of deliveries, we have taken the difficult decision to stop offering free delivery. A lot of time and effort goes into making our cards unique, with a personal touch. Dispatch Time
Please note all orders are sent from the UK, dispatch times are stated on the right hand side of each listing under "READY TO SHIP" this is the time it will take for me make and get your order ready to be shipped, THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE POSTAGE TIMES.
Shipping
Deliveries to the UK
To keep costs low all of Elegant Fancies items are sent out by Royal Mail 2nd Class post.
Customers have the option to chose express delivery at checkout. Express delivery is via 1st Class Royal Mail post.
Deliveries to the USA and Canada
All items will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed delivery.
I supplied the wrong shipping address at checkout, what do I do?
Please drop a message to Elegant Fancies as soon as possible, if your order hasn’t been shipped the address can be amended.
If your order has already been shipped I’m afraid this can not be changed.
Elegant Fancies can not offer a refund or a replacement for a product shipped to the incorrect address provided by the buyer. customers have the option to purchase another to be sent to the correct address.
Custom and personalised orders
I love personalised orders and most items in Elegant Fancies shop can be customised to your requirements.
Please send me a custom order request or drop me a message and I will ensure to get back to you as soon as possible .
My Item Has Not Arrived
Deliveries are taking longer than usually via Royal Mail due to the increase in demand. Although your item may be dispatched within the stated timeframe every effort is made to ensure it is delivered on time too. However sometimes deliveries can be slow and the estimated delivery date may not be met.
If this is the case please follow the guidance below:
UK Deliveries - Please allow 10 working days from dispatch before contacting us if your item has not arrived.
Canada and USA Deliveries - Please allow 25 working days from dispatch before contacting us if your item has not arrived.
(Please note no refund will be made due to delay delivery unless the item is confirmed lost by Royal Mail)
Internal Messages Within Cards
Elegant Fancies is happy to add a handwritten message within your card for you when you select and pay for this service.
**PLEASE NOTE**
- If you have selected to add a message and not left a message in the personalisation box, your card will be sent blank.
- If you have not paid and selected to add a message and leave a message in the personalisation box your message will not be added.
- Messages contacting inappropriate language will not be written on your card and you will receive a message notifying you of this.
