All items should be paid for, via PayPal, within 3 days of purchase. Please note that you don't require a PayPal account to use your credit or debit card with PayPal and that I don't have access to your financial details. If you live in the UK and wish to pay by another method, then please contact me to discuss alternatives.

You have the right to cancel any order within 14 days, as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Please note that personalized items are exempt from this clause and are neither refundable nor can be cancelled once work has commenced.

The cost of the item, postage and packaging is clearly given on each listing. Please be aware that if you are ordering from overseas, your item may be subject to additional customs taxes and charges - I have no control over these and am not accountable for them.

Items will be despatched by Royal Mail within 3 working days of payment clearing, but hopefully sooner. If for any reason there's a delay, I will contact you via email as soon as possible. I aim to despatch made-to-order items within 10-14 working days but exact times will be advised on placement of your order. Please also ensure you have checked my shop announcements just in case I'm going to be away from my computer for a while.

Please note that the item will only be shipped to the address given on the Paypal receipt. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the address held by Paypal is the correct address.

UK customers: UK orders are normally despatched by Royal Mail First Class post, unless otherwise stated. Next day special delivery is usually available but additional charges may by payable by you, the purchaser. Please contact me for a quote if you wish to arrange an alternative shipping method.

International customers: All international orders are despatched by standard airmail with proof of posting. Please contact me for a quote if you require an alternative shipping method or tracking as additional charges may be payable by you, the purchaser.

Please note that any customs or other local charges incurred by your package will be your responsibility. Airmail from the UK to the US normally takes 7-10 days to arrive, but can be much slower so your patience is appreciated.

All items are represented as accurately as possible in my photographs but please be aware that your computer screen may render colours slightly differently from mine. In addition, colours may vary under different lighting conditions.

All of my beads are annealed in a digitally controlled kiln to make sure they are strong and durable, then each one is cleaned by hand, thoroughly checked and packaged securely before despatch. I would never knowingly send out beads that are defective but if anything is damaged when it reaches you, please contact me as soon as possible.

Please also note that while all my beads have been annealed, they are still glass and should be treated with care. They are not toys and are not suitable for small children.

Once an order has been accepted, paid for by you and despatched by myself, the contract between us is deemed to be concluded.

All items sold in my shop are made in and shipped from the UK and all transactions are subject to UK law. By purchasing from this shop, you are agreeing to this.
