Hello there and welcome!
In my shop you will find quirky and colourful mobiles, name banners, garlands and home items that are great for babies, and children, oh and also those bigger kids out there - yes, you know who you are!!! Most items can be made to order in your choice of colours for that truly unique and personal gift.
Some of my items have been featured in lovely glossy magazines and in blogs and websites such as House & Garden Magazine, Simply Homemade Magazine, Homemaker Magazine, Bristol Property Live, Sarah Jane Honeywell’s blog. www.cardandgiftnetwork.com. and the fabulous Yummy Mummy Magazine.
All my items are designed and made with safety as the number one focus. There are no Felt parts glued on that can easily fall or be pulled off. All details are securely sewn on and Plushies have undergone rigorous tests to ensure that under a great deal of stress they do not come apart at the seams. Plushies and Name banners have been designed and made to European Union EN71 1-3 toy safety standards and where applicable items are awarded a CE certificate. All materials including felts, wooden mobile frames and paints have been carefully selected and have been tested by the manufacturers to comply with fire and toy safety rules. Please bear this in mind when purchasing any products for your little ones as there are many makers who do not comply with these important safety rules.
I hope that you are able to recognise that as a result my materials and finished items are great quality and that it takes time to design and make them and therefore they may not be the cheapest option around but I do hope they offer the purchaser some peace of mind when it comes to protecting the ones they love.

Please note that due to COVID-19 delivery to some countries may not be possible. This is a rapidly changing situation so please contact me directly before placing an order and I will check the status.
There may also be reduced shipping services meaning there’s a chance your package may not arrive on the originally estimated date. Rest assured I’ll keep individuals updated along the way as I get new information from the carrier. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions. them. Therefore it may take longer to complete an order for you. Until we all get into the stride of things it will be difficult to know how much time I will be able to dedicate to making orders. My photo doesn’t do them justice...They are customized colors that are exactly what I wanted, and work perfectly in my daughter’s room.Phenomenal seller created this very awesome garland and I am thrilled with it!! Each bear is absolutely perfect and has great girly eyelashes!!! So sweet!!!☺️👍 Extremely well packaged and speedy shipping, as well.

5 out of 5 starsWhat a great way to do Christmas shopping: getting a hand-made, lovingly created little alien delivered straight to my door! I love it and so will my niece! Creator Jo was so helpful and happy to customise her design with different colours, add or remove ribbon loop, etc. and it arrived really quickly after I ordered it in a beautiful box with pink tissue paper and pretty polka dot tape, so I don't even have to wrap it up!

COLOURS / MATERIALS
Please note that at times I may run out of materials or my suppliers may stop producing some colours and therefore the colours you request may not be available. I will let you know if this is the case so you may either choose another colour or alternatively wait till I am able to get more supplies. If neither options are suitable then you are welcome to cancel your order.
COLOUR SWATCH AND PHOTOGRAPHY INFORMATION
All reasonable endeavours have been made by the seller to accurately photograph products and show fabric and paint colours on swatch images. However, Internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts and other external factors which cannot be controlled by the seller may affect these. Morrowland Creations cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the images and the actual product.
INSTRUCTIONS & WARNINGS for my products:
Please note that mobiles, name banners, garlands / Bunting and wall hangings are decorations and not toys. I recommend they are hung out of reach of the child to prevent serious injury by entanglement. As the child learns to stand adjust the height of the product if needed so the child is unable to reach it.
MOBILES
These mobiles are for decoration and are not toys to be grasped and played with. I recommend that they are hung from a ceiling away from a cot and out of reach of the child to prevent serious injury by entanglement. As the child learns to stand adjust the height of the product so the standing baby is unable to reach it.
WARNING! Not suitable for children under 36 months. Long cord, strangulation hazard.
To prevent possible injury by entanglement, remove this toy when the child starts trying to get up on its hands and knees in a crawling position
Instructions for use – A hook is fitted to the top of the mobile for an adult to securely fasten strings or cords to. The mobile can be suspended using these strings / cords by threading through a hook that the adult has securely fastened to the ceiling (Ceiling hook not supplied) positioned away from the bed or cot/crib. An adult needs to check regularly to make sure straps / chords are fastened securely.
Washing instructions: Hand wash as for wool - cool wash to 30 degrees, using a wool wash detergent. Do not soak for longer than 5 minutes. Gently press water from the felt figures without rubbing, reshape and air dry flat. Wipe wooden tops with a soft damp cloth and dry immediately with a towel.
Please recycle packaging where possible (check with your local recycling centres) and retain this information for future reference. Remove all tags and packaging before giving to a baby or child.

NAME BANNERS - BUNTING/GARLANDS - WALL HANGINGS

Orders for items that are personalised and/or custom made can be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase, after this time I may have begun work and am unable to cancel the transaction. You can cancel your order by sending me an Etsy Conversation with the details.
Items that are not bespoke, custom made or personalised in any way are available for return provided you have proof of purchase. You can cancel your order from the point of sale until 14 days after you receive it. You can contact me to let me know that you wish to cancel by phone, e-mail, post, or through Etsy.com via their messaging service, The goods are your property once you receive them and are not mine until you notify me that you are returning them.

Please return all received cancelled items to Morrowland Creations in the same condition they were sent to you, with all labels intact and packaging materials present and in good order within 30 days of delivery. I will refund the cost of the returned items within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or within 14 days of the customer providing proof that the goods have been returned. Please note that any original basic shipping costs to deliver the goods to you (if applicable) will be refunded this does not include any enhanced delivery service you may have selected. Return shipping fees are at the buyers own expense.
Any items that are not returned in a resalable condition will be subject to a deduction for diminishing the value. I recommend that all parcels are securely sealed and are returned using a signed for service with some insurance included and always obtain a certificate or proof of posting receipt. If you do not have proof of posting then you have no way of being able to prove if and when the goods were returned. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer. If the returned goods are lost in the post and there is no proof of return then I will be unable to refund your items.

Shipping
The items I make are mostly custom made and can be tailored to your room or bedding colour schemes. At the moment my current time frame is approximately 1-2 weeks FROM the date of your purchase. I will contact you after you have placed your order to let you know how long it will take to complete. Please note that some forms of payment such as e-cheques may take over a week to clear and I will not be able to begin work until the payment is cleared.
UK packages will be sent via Royal Mail signed for 2nd class service as standard unless you choose an upgraded delivery service. This service should take 2-3 working days to reach you.
European packages will be sent via Royal Mail on an International Tracked and Signed for service. Please note that there is not a tracked and signed service for Estonia, therefore packages will be sent on an International Signed for service. These should take around 3-5 working days to reach you. I will require a mobile phone number of the recipient which will be added to the parcel to assist with delivery.
Australian packages will be sent via Royal Mail on an International Signed for service. (Please note there is no Tracked and Signed service available) This service aims to take 5-7 working days to reach you.
U.S.A. packages will be sent via Royal Mail on an International Tracked and Signed for service. This service aims to take 5-7 working days to reach you
