Healings -

1. When you book a healing session, you have 14 days in which to cancel. However, if you request that I carry out that healing before 14 days then this will negate the cancellation policy.
2. All healings are given with the understanding that they are for relaxation purposes only, I make no claim that they will be a cure.

Readings -

1. Readings will be carried out within 5 - 7 working days, unless by prior arrangement.
2. A cancellation can be made but only if the reading has not already been done.
3. Readings are for entertainment purposes only.

Courses -

1. You have a 14 day cancellation deadline. I will not email out the workbooks until after the 14 days unless you wish me to do so, this would negate the 14 day policy.
2. These courses are certified and taught by a qualified, insured person.
3. Support is given at all times.

Crystals, Orgone and Gifts:-

1. Distance selling requires a 14 day cooling off period, if you decide you no longer want the item you need to inform me within the 14 days
2. You will need to return the items to me at your own cost.
3. Refunds will be given and will include the standard cost of postage.
4. If the items are received damaged, you can return the items for a full refund. I will require proof of damage before this is agreed or arranged.
5. I am not to be held responsible for lost items. I will do my utmost to help in these cases. I recommend always using the tracked options when paying.

Custom Pieces -

1. 50 % non refundable deposit will need to be paid when booking. This will cover any items needed to be purchased in, materials used etc.
2. The other 50 % will need to be paid along with postage once the item is finished.
3. Custom pieces do not have a cooling off period, once the deposit is paid.

I use Royal Mail for all my parcels.

I recommend upgrading your shipping to tracked and signed for, but offer the cheaper option still. I will get a certificate of posting for every parcel that I send out.

I aim to meet the deadlines given on Etsy, but do reserve the right to have reasonable delays. I will always inform you of these.

I cannot be held responsible for international customs delaying your parcels.

Please allow a reasonable amount of time to receive your parcel especially when being posted overseas. Unavoidable delays happen and are beyond my control.

Custom orders will take longer to get to you as they will be made to your specifications. We will keep you informed through the whole process.

No refunds will be available.

Information I Collect
To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact me directly.

• as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;

I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
• Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
• Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies (UPS, FedEx, or U-Pic Shipping Insurance, for example). I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
• Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
• Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

Data Retention
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 2 calendar years.

Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU
I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Your Rights
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:
