Payments

Please note that any orders shipped to the EU will be subject to current customs / import charges as a result of Brexit. The purchaser is responsible for payment of these. Hopefully soon the situation will become clearer.

If you decide you want to cancel the order before it is dispatched please send me an Etsy message or email me at enquiries [!at] sciartimages.co.uk with your order number and I will refund you in full.

Orders will be despatched within 3 working days of order being placed - UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail, overseas orders by airmail. Overseas orders are sent by Airmail and the Royal Mail claims to deliver in around 5 working days (Europe) or 7 working days (rest of the world) but at busy times such as Christmas it may take a little longer than this - unfortunately this is out of our control. Please note these times are in addition to the 3 working days (max) required to produce the product.
Please note that due to the pandemic and changes occuring due to Brexit there are some delays in the delivery system.
Any taxes / import duties are the responsibility of the buyer (these include the EU post-Brexit - hopefully the details of these charges will become clearer over time).

If you are in a particular hurry for something please email us as I can often send things out much sooner depending on stock levels and whether I can get to the post office.

Packages are well wrapped to protect the contents but if a product does get accidentally damaged in transit please contact us with the order number as soon as possible so that we can remedy the situation.

Custom orders / Wholesale

Wholesale prices for any of the items in my shop are available on request - please include in your request details of your outlet etc.
If you have an image you would like on any of my products please send me an Etsy message and I can work out a price for you.

I Neil Taylor am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop.

When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message I will receive your username and email address.

The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Etsy to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.

I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years for legal and tax reasons.

You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.
