Due to postal backlog because of black Friday and cyber Monday orders may take a bit longer to arrive, and of course the excess mail with the run up to Christmas. So please allow longer for your items to reach you. The postal system is currently working as hard as they can to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
All of my creations are lovingly handmade and inspired by woodland creatures. My items range from owls, hares, foxes, fairies, snails, ladybugs, squirrels, deer, hedgehog, bee's, pagan, tree of life, and so much more!! I hope you enjoy taking a look at my items!!

I dispatch all ready made items within 1-3 working days. Custom orders may take longer to dispatch, please see individual listings for details, i will also advise the purchaser of this upon order.
International buyers are responsible for any custom and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays that may happen due to customs.

How long will my order take to be dispatched?
Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. Personalised ordered will be dispatched in 2-4 working days.
Can I return earrings if I am not happy with them?
Unfortunately I cannot accept the return of personal items such as earrings due to hygiene reasons
Can I return a personalised item?
Im sorry but I do not accept the return of personalised items
My item hasn't arrived?
I offer a refund upto 12 days from date of purchase for missing items in the UK and upto 28 days for international items. So please contact me within this time frame if your item don't arrive.
I want to order more than one of the same item but there is only one in stock?
If you would like to purchase more than one of the same item, please contact me for stock availability, as in most cases I am able to make more than one.
Can I upgrade my postage to recorded delivery?
Yes you can upgrade your postage to recorded delivery for a small fee.
I entered an incorrect address at checkout and my item hasn't arrived, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately I do not offer a refund if the postal address is entered incorrectly, as the customer is responsible to enter the correct address at checkout.
I ordered a personalised item, is it possible to change the personalisation after the order is submitted?
Yes, if you email me within an hour of placing the order that will not be a problem.
When are the last postal dates for Christmas?
Please check the royal mail website for last uk and international postal dates before placing an order
Will postal strikes affect the delivery of my item?
Due to uk postal strikes and mail backlog delivery time will be longer.
