UK: All parcels are Tracked. I currently use a Courier or Royal Mail. I can send next day or special delivery if you need something in a hurry please ask before purchasing and I can let you know my current time scales and if I can fit in a fast order ( I can usually fit them in)

International deliveries: I use a Courier or Royal Mail tracked and signed.

Local Pick up: If you live locally to me I can make you a custom order without the post costs and you can pick the order up from me.

Customs: I am not responsible for parcels delayed in customs if your country is known for delaying parcels please be patient and wait a fair amount of time and contact your local mail office if you suspect this is the case. Most of the items in my shop will be under the custom charges for most countries but in the event of a customs charge you as a buyer are responsible for any custom charges your county imposes.

I can mix confetti colours to match your colour scheme, personalise cones, baskets and stickers. Just message your requirements.

Petal Confetti Care Instructions

The confetti petals are 100% biodegradable. It can be kept for 12 months if stored in the correct conditions.
All petal confetti should be stored away from light heat and moisture. It is best stored in a dark, dry and cool place. There are instructions on each pack about the storage.

Sometimes petals may run if excessively wet but this is very unusual.

How Much Petal Confetti do I need?

How much petals confetti you need depends on the type of confetti and your distribution method but generally the following.

1 litre/ 1 pack 10 - 12 guests/ handfuls
2 litres/2 packs 20 - 24 guests/handfuls
3 litres/ 3 packs 30 - 36 guests/handfuls

Cones:

I hand make all the confetti cones for you and they arrive ready to fill with petals or confetti of your choice. There are cheaper cones on Etsy but they will often come to you flat to be assembled or are bought in from a supplier and made in China.

Urgent Orders

I normally send orders out within 3-5 working days cones, baskets, buckets etc 1-3 for petals

I send out urgent orders out on 24 hour royal mail delivery or next day special delivery. Additional postage charges will apply.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address and the details of the product that you’re ordering. Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
- Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you with my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
- Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
