Frequently asked questions
When will my order be dispatched?
I ship on Mondays and Fridays most weeks, so your order will be shipped the next Monday or Friday after I recieve your order.
Why haven't you replied to my message yet?
Like many other Etsy sellers this is not my full time job, but something I do as a passion. To mantain a healthy work/life balance I am only able to check and respond to messages on Mondays and Fridays. Thank you for your understanding.
Care instructions
All my patches are printed with professional textiles ink and hand wash safe. Never machine wash or tumble dry.
What weight fabric do you print on?
I print on standard cotton (about the weight of a dress shirt or handkerchief cotton), not canvas. I have made this choice for several reasons:
1. Cotton uses less fiber that canvas, so is more environmentally friendly
2. It keeps shipping prices way down by weighting less (my shipping costs would have to be %50 more if my patches were canvas weight)
3. It is just as durable as canvas on jackets (I wear my patches on my own day to day jacket, I have had ones in place for over 5 years with no signs of wear)
4. The cotton I use has a smooth texture, so prints are crisp
How do I attach my patch?
You can attach them by sewing, safety pinning, using a adhesive interfacing (such as bondawed) or a thin layer of fabric glue
My patches are not iron on.
