All items must be paid for within 3 days. None of the items in my shop should be given to children; they are not toys and may present a choking hazard. Since everything is handmade, items can be more fragile than machine manufactured items despite me using the highest quality materials. Please treat them with care ^_^
Payment can be made via Paypal or Etsy payment

I will ship to anywhere in the world but please be aware that I am in the UK; shipping may take up to a month depending on your location (possibly 6 weeks on the rare occasion). Also, the buyer accepts full responsibility for any customs fees that should arise from my items (including now to the EU). If an item is damaged in the post, I will require a photo as proof and you may choose either a replacement or a refund.
If you need to return an item for any reason, you may do so and you will be refunded when the item is in my possession again. If you are in the EU, all costs will be refunded but outside the EU, buyers are responsible for the return postage to me.

If you require an item by a certain date, PLEASE get in touch with me to make sure it will arrive on time before buying. Shipping from the UK to the USA/Australia can take up to four weeks so please bear this in mind.

I normally ship items the day after they are brought however, sometimes it will take me 3 days as stated on the listings. I will inform you when your item is shipped via a dispatch notification as I can generally get to the post office most days.
I use Royal mail as nearly all of the items I sell are classed as either large letter/small package. Everything will be posted second class and I always ask for a receipt. You may choose to upgrade to first class if you wish before you check out ^^
If you want insured/signature delivery, please let me know. Free shipping items to the UK will be posted 2nd class. Items are not sent with a tracking number as this costs a small fortune, especially to over seas. If you would like your items tracked, please get in touch with me before you buy.
If you are in the area and wish to pick up an item, this is no problem at all. I also frequent UK anime conventions if you wish to pick things up from there - just get in touch with me to find out where I am.

I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
