"Krazy Koko-Nuts" is an original acrylic painting measuring 18"x24" and painted in a "gallery wrap" style which means the edges are painted and there are no staples - Ready to Hang! It also comes with a signed "Certificate of Authenticity." I use only the finest quality art supplies in my acrylic paintings - Liquitex paints and triple primed canvas. Also, my art has been certified and accepted by the County of Kauai into their "Kauai Made" program which represents those products made on Kauai, by Kauai people.

The story behind the painting: I have often seen artists depict a closeup of the coconuts in a palm tree with very realistic colors - green, brown, yellow. My goal was to do the opposite. Paint the coconuts with CRAZY colors. Many who have viewed this painting tend to title it "Rainbow Coconuts". That is just what came out when I was painting this piece, a rainbow of colors! I feel this is one of my best abstract paintings I have ever painted!
