The listing includes a size 6-12 months (see measurements below) shirred peasant dress with matching bloomers. A very versatile piece that works well as a top too as your little one grows (see my 2 year old modeling it as a shirt).

15 inches from shoulder to hem
12 inches across chest

Bloomers-
Waistband stretches from 12-20 inches
7 inches tall

All seams are serged for a professional, finished look.
