Tea rituals can be as rustic as they are luxurious. This particular chai was prepared outdoors on open fire atop the Himalayas - an undoubtedly rustic experience that results in a luxuriously silky and milky concoction that seduces the senses and relaxes the mind.
Champaca Chai is steamy and creamy, like full milk cooked on open fire with Assam tea and spices, sweetened with notes of honey, jasmine, coconut and champaca flowers to enhance the subtle tea notes. And underneath it all you can sense a hint of smoke from the woods that were sacrificed for this elixir.

Heart notes:
Champaca, Jasmine, Coconut, Honey

Black Tea, Budhawood, Clove bud, Tonka bean
