Kaliedoscope April Wire Artisans Guild Challange OOAK

This one of a kind piece is inspired by the Esty Wire Artisans Guild April Challenge, Kaleidoscope.

This challenge shot me right back to when I was a little girl and I remembered the toy kaleidescope I had. For some reason, I could not remember the colors, but the forms of the Kaliedoscope. It was sectioned off, dissected into geometric shapes. I especially remembered the floral forms it would make.

This piece represents the form in Kaliedoscopes.

The center is crocheted with miniature, silvertoned,coated copper wires and it then blooms out into 22 gauge sterling wire then into 16 gauge sterling wire. The outer loops are hammered. The overall piece is about 3" in diameter and is strung on a 16" sterling box link chain.

This is a great one of a kind piece that would look fantastic with that little black dress.
