This sculpture called; 'Ratz-N-Katz' was as fun to create as it is to look at. Created in both Ceramics and the mosaic medium, it took a great deal of time to design, execute and complete with all the details I incorporated in the piece. Katz is riding on a wooden axle attached to antique toy wagon wheels where I infused polymer clay tires and hubs. Other details are the long gold-plated wires with beaded tips acting as the cat whiskers as he looks to the universe asking, 'why me?'
