I finally found the time to create some new pieces with these shiny sterling silver discs and some very fun star washers I recently found. The star washers are so very gear shaped with wonderful little teeth. The sterling silver discs are super shiny which just fits so well with matte black.

I imagine these would be a great addition to any steampunk wardrobe, but to be honest, I'd wear them anywhere. They look dressy, perfect for a night out with the girls, but are enough fun that they'll work with anything. Black and silver are so classic - and this mix of hardware and silver just seems right.

These could also be a smashing gift for the right person.

From the top loop to the bottom of the silver-tone droplet they are 3cm long - thats 1.18inches.

You'll notice that I chose a great sterling silver top for these - if you prefer shepard hooks I can always change them. The reason I went with the snap-shut hooks is so that there is less chance of one slipping away. That and I really love the art-deco style top that looks a bit like an arrow.
