Money doesn't grow on trees Necklace

Money might not grow on trees, but it does on this piece which is my entry for May's challenge themed "Humour"...:D Besides the subtle social commentary, this is just a fun piece that hopefully also looks pretty and wearable.

The necklace is made up of 5 coins of current currency from around the world, embedded in seperate bead embroidery pieces which are sewn together and embellished with olive and gold Swarovski crystals and fringes of glass leaves in bright green. The strap is a herringbone necklace in golden olive and bronze nuances. Measures around 19 inch and is finished with a gold magnetic clasp.
