Recycled Glasses Set- 1 Stemless Wine Glass and 1 Tumbler

Description

This is a set of 2 recycled glasses made from the bottom of reclaimed wine bottles. The set includes one stemless wine glass (3.5 inches tall/8oz) and one tumbler (5.5 inches tall/12oz).

I make these glasses by finding orphaned bottles behind local bars and restaurants. I take them home, wash, sterilize, and remove the label. Next, I take them to my glassblowing shop where I cut off the tops and FIRE POLISH the rims on a glass lathe until they are completely smooth. The result is REWINED RECYCLED GLASSWARE. Completely utilitarian glassware made from NOTHING NEW! No virgin raw material is required and waste is diverted from the landfill. Good for the earth and good for you! Adopt a set today!!! Since I use only post consumer bottles that I collect, your set of glasses will vary in colors and styles of wine bottles.
