This unique crocheted chess set was created for the Woodstock fair. It won first place prize as well as a Superintendent's award.It is made of 100% wool that was hand dyed with food grade dyes. The pieces are crocheted with an amigurami technique, then stuffed with wool roving and a wooden support. They are then hand dyed and hand felted. The board converts into a convenient bag for the pieces.
This is a charming one of a kind gift for your chess aficionado.
