A botanical beauty in striking, gorgeous colors.

It's the beautiful Bird of Paradise... the Crane Flower... Strelitzia Reginae. A tropical flower indigenous to South Africa, the Crane Flower is one of the only flowers actually pollinated by birds.

This pendant is made of vitreous glass enamel, powdered glass fused to copper in a kiln at 1500 degrees Fahrenheit (816 degrees C). The silhouettes of five Crane Flowers in siren orange and crimson are fused over a background of light blue.

This pendant, measuring 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) in diameter is the "medium" size of my round enamel pendants. Like Goldilock's taste, this size is not too big... not too small... just right. This medium size is my best-selling size.

Pendant diameter: 1.5 inches (3.8 cm)
Vitreous glass enamel on copper.
Bail is sterling silver.

All of my copper enamel pendants are counter enameled (enameled on the reverse side) for strength and durability and to reduce stress and warping that occurs in the firing process. The counter enamel of this pendant is a neutral peach color with the text "Orange Peel Enamel" fused into the enamel.
The copper edge has been finished to a high polish.

Necklace length: 16 inches (40.7 cm), *unless other length is requested.
Cable is nylon-coated stainless steel.
Crimps and spring-ring clasp are sterling silver.

The crisp, clean, thin line of the cable necklace (included) creates an attractive contrast with the shape and size of the pendant for a hip, modern look. (However, if you'd like to wear the pendant with your own chain or cord, the pendant can easily be slipped off the cable without removing any findings.)

Your necklace will be neatly and safely packed in a small white jewelry box (perfect for gift-giving), enclosed in a 6x9 bubble mailer envelope.

Domestic (U.S.) orders will be shipped USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. First Class Mail arrives in about 2-9 days, oftentimes in just 2 or 3.
[USPS Insurance on First Class Mail is available upon request for an additional $1.35.] For speedier delivery service, Priority Mail and Express Mail are also available. Please ask.
