I am dedicated to “Handmade Only” which means ALL my items are handmade by me and only me. Many shops do not make their own items which goes against the pure moral of what handmade truly is about. So I do not partake in whole sale, drop shipping, 3rd parties, or anyone else who manufactures any goods. I am the only creator of all my items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

All orders are checked and rechecked by me before I send them out to make sure they are durable, lasting and exactly what you ordered. I take photos of my items before I send them out to ensure that the items I send out are what I send you. I also provide with every order a free tracking number so you and I both can track your item to make sure you receive it. Once I ship your order I am no longer responsible for your order if it is lost or damaged in the mail. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

I do NOT accept returns, exchanges, refunds, money orders or IOU. I have the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. I will only process your order if the addresses are the same. If the address for billing and shipping are different I will void and cancel your order. I do not ship items to other addresses that are not the same as billing addresses. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

No I do not ship outside of the U.S.A.

No I do not ship items to other/different address. Your order MUST have the SAME billing address and shipping address, they MUST match or your order will be canceled. If the address for billing and shipping are different I will void and cancel your order. I do not ship items to other addresses that are not the same as billing addresses. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK your address before and after you place an order. I can not go back and change the address once the shipping label is paid for and printed. If your address is not correct you maybe subjected to pay for another one.

You have 24 hours from the time you order to cancel BEFORE the item ships. Once the item has shipped you can NOT cancel and NO RETURNS will be accepted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

NO my handmade items are NOT meant for babies, toddlers and children DUE to the fact that they have small beads, and safety eyes that could come out and they are small which makes my handmade items NOT MEANT for babies, toddlers and children.
