Are all listings digital downloads?
Yes. All listings are for a DIGITAL .PDF pattern, not a physical copy. Digital patterns allow you the option to print out a physical copy and/or access the file on a multitude of devices. Files are available directly from your Etsy purchases page as soon as payment is confirmed, and download instructions will be included with your receipt. No fabric or threads are included with this purchase.
Is there a return/refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds can not be offered if the pattern has been downloaded. Please contact me before placing an order if you have questions or concerns.
Sizing details
Size of finished cross stitch pieces depend on the Aida count you use. Each pattern has sizes listed in the listing description.
Do you use AI to create patterns?
No, I do not use AI art generation programs.
What programs do you use to create patterns?
Photoshop for creating and editing, and Winstitch to create patterns.
Why are patterns not available for purchase for buyers located in the European Union?
Due to the new European Union (EU) General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), I can not sell products, even digital patterns, to the EU without first hiring an EU based economic operator.
That process is currently too costly for a small shop like myself to use. I would love to sell patterns all over the world, but for the moment, unless laws change, I can not sell to EU member states.
