Pre-made Sizing:

We offer a range of pre-made sizes for certain designs of ao dai dresses. Please note that our pre-made sizes may vary slightly from standard US sizes, so we encourage you to refer to our size chart and measure yourself carefully before making a purchase. If you are between sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size.

Custom sizing:

If you prefer a custom fit, we offer custom sizing for many of our designs. We will reach out within 24 hours of receiving your order with instruction to obtain measurements. Please provide accurate measurements according to our measurement guide. Please note that custom-sized dresses are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We offer custom-made option for certain styles (it would say so in the item description). Please allow 3-8 weeks for your order to be made and shipped.

We don't offer alteration services, but we always try our best to make the dress has perfect fit for you. It is your responsibility to provide us with your correct measurements. It is strongly recommended that you have your measurements taken by a professional tailor or seamstress before buying any dress.

We do not accept refunds or exchanges on custom work because each item is made with your measurements and specifications. 

Slight alterations may be needed since the item will be produced without your presence. Buyer would be responsible for all post-production alteration costs.

Please note that the actual color of the dress you receive may be slightly different from what you see in the listing photos. This can be due to various factors such as lighting, camera settings, and differences in screen displays. While we do our best to ensure that our photos accurately represent the color of our products, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will exactly match the color of the actual dress.

If you receive a dress and find that the color is not what you expected, we understand that this can be disappointing. However, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on slight color variations from the listing photos.

To keep your dress looking its best, we recommend the following care instructions:

Spot cleaning: Use a mild detergent and a soft cloth or sponge to gently clean any spots or stains on the dress. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, which can damage the fabric.

Steam ironing: To remove any wrinkles or creases in the fabric, we recommend using a steam iron on a low heat setting. Be sure to avoid ironing any embroidered or beaded areas of the dress.

Color bleeding: Please note that vibrant color dresses may bleed slightly during the first few washes. To minimize color bleeding, we recommend washing the dress separately in cold water and using a color-catching sheet.

Please note that if you are placing an order for international shipping, you may be subject to additional custom fees and import taxes imposed by your country's customs office. These fees are not included in the price of your order or the shipping cost, and we are not responsible for paying them.

Custom fees and import taxes vary depending on the country, and we cannot predict or control them. We recommend that you contact your country's customs office for more information about the fees and taxes you may be required to pay.

Please note that if you refuse to pay the custom fees and import taxes and your order is returned to us, we will not be able to issue a refund for the cost of the order or the shipping fees.

Please note that we do not currently offer gift-wrapping or the inclusion of personalized notes with our ao dai dresses. Our focus is on providing high-quality and beautiful dresses to our customers, and we want to ensure that we are able to deliver them in a timely and efficient manner.
