I am very pleased with the timeliness of the shipping, especially considering some negative experiences I’ve had with other companies recently. The personalized note was nice as well. The top is pretty, good quality, and it fits. I just wish it was a little more streamlined/close-fitting. But I’d rather have it fit a little large than too tight, so that’s fine.

Love love love this skirt! I wore it to Disney Animal Kingdom and it was a big hit, lots of compliments. The material is not thick ( but not cheaply thin either) which was appreciated on hot days walking around Disney. Customer service was great. I needed the skirt’s waist to be smaller than what was offered. I was told it was not a problem and alterations was made.

I LOVEEEE THIS TOP!!! And Olivia was SUPER helpful and creative. It does take *a little* (truly not hard at all!) practice to tie the bow well as the fabric was a little stiffer than I’d imagined but it’s super great this way because it really keeps the shape of the bow very well!!! Highly recommend!!!!! (And the black blouse is VERY flattering!!!)
