I was sent a completely different item than I ordered. There was not tracking with this order, but the confirmation e-mail said it was being shipped from New York, U.S.A. but packaging and return address show it was made in and shipped from Hong Kong, which is why I am assuming that is the reason it took so long to get the package. Quality of the item is great but with the shape of the brass I was sent there aren't any modifications I can do to it in any way to make it useful to me

Amazing quality, my very tiny text within my stamp logo is always crisply defined when I stamp it into leather. 10/10 in the product aspect, I've been using a stamp from this shop for a few years now and have had no issues, so I recently bought another for smaller uses. Also amazing customer service, timely responses to questions and quick processing time.

Got a great deal on the letters -- everything arrived as promised. Only complaint is that it is difficult to line up -- there is not much room between the letters and the material -- but works great -- and good product overall. For the price it is definitely a good deal.
