With great care and attention to detail, your experience with Mademoiselle Bottle will be exquisite from A to Z.

Opening the cork of your bottle may result in damaging product designs inside.
All my bottles are made by hand making each and everyone absolutely unique. Therefore, there may be tiny little variations from the pictures. Don't worry, I always do my best to make it as close to exact match as possible!
If your bottle arrived damaged/ broken, send me a picture of your item. I will offer reship or refund.

I ship worldwide from Paris, France.
I will do my best to send your little bottle within 5 to 7 working days of receipt of payment. However, depending on seasonal variability and holidays, the time it takes to prepare your bottle can vary because of the number of orders received (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day etc...).

Items will always be shipped to the address provided. Please note that I cannot be held responsible for mail that is misdirected due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

I will include tracking on all domestic and international orders.

Yes, you can if the items have not been posted. Please let me know as soon as possible! I reserve the right for cancellation of custom made and made to order items. Sales items are note eligible for refund, return or exchange once paid.

Custom art can be cancelled and refunded in full before I have begun the work process. Once it has begun, a partial refund may be available. No refunds are given for completed artwork.
Artworks designed by Mademoiselle Bottle is my sole property. If you ask me to create a design for you, the cost includes the labor and skill to produce the piece, not the ownership and rights to said artwork. Ownership rights can be purchased in addition.

At Mademoiselle Bottle we love to create memorable bottles for our customers and we are excited to show off the work we do for you! Pictures are often taken during production and after the work is completed. We post them on Instagram. It’s a great way to show our skills and to spread awareness of our brand. If you’re not comfortable with your project being photographed and shared, please let us know while placing your order.
No notification will constitute your full permission to post a photo of your little bottle.
