Welcome to the Stitched Heirloom

Hello and thanks so much for visiting the Stitched Heirloom! My name is Chelsie and I am the founder of the Stitched Heirloom. I am a wife to my college sweetheart and homeschooling mama to my two daughters, Emma and Charlotte.

Ever since I was a little girl, I have always been obsessed with all things needle and thread. It wasn't until I was pregnant with my first child that I discovered the world of hand embroidery and decided to try to learn. When I picked up my sewing hoop and started my first project, I was hooked.

Why hand embroidery when the world is run by technology? After all, using a machine would certainly be easier and more time efficient! The one key piece that machine embroidery is missing through: the heart that goes behind each stitch.

Knowing that someone has created each stitch and poured their time and love into the piece makes it more special (and also more unique). Anyone can buy a piece stitched by a machine. Having something stitched by hand, however, is what creates it into an heirloom.

I'm not sure which font or monogram I want for my order. Can I see what it would look like before you begin stitching?

Absolutely! Message me on Etsy or email me at thestitchedheirloom@gmail.com with your order number and which fonts / monograms you want to see a sample of!

I've changed my mind about using this and want to cancel. What do I do?

I do accept order cancellations within 2 days of purchasing before any stitching as started.

Do you offer returns and refunds?

This will be met on a case by case basis. Please contact me if you are unhappy with your final product and we will see what can be done. If you are granted a return, you must ship back all items received in original condition. Shipping will be covered by the buyer.

Do you sell any unstitched products?

If you are interested in buying just the item alone without stitching, please contact me.
