I'm Maris.
For over ten years, I've worked as an accountant. Although I genuinely enjoy my career, there was a time when life felt like it was moving on autopilot.
Every day looked the same, and I found myself wondering if this was all there was. I felt stuck, unmotivated, and disconnected from the things that used to bring me joy.
Without realizing it, I had started neglecting both my physical and mental well-being. I wasn't exercising, I wasn't taking care of myself, and I wasn't making time for the hobbies I once loved.
It felt like I was simply getting through each day instead of truly living it.
Everything began to change when I discovered planning.
What started as a simple way to organize my schedule quickly became something much more meaningful.
I began tracking my habits, setting small goals, managing my finances more intentionally, and making time for the things that mattered to me.
Planning didn't magically solve all of my problems, but it gave me clarity, structure, and a sense of direction when life felt overwhelming.
As I became more consistent, I started designing planners for myself—pages that fit the way I wanted to organize my life. Before long, I realized that these planners could help other people too.
That's how Mrsneat began.
Today, I'm incredibly grateful that what started as a personal journey has grown into a place where I can combine creativity, organization, and my love for designing tools that genuinely help people.
Every printable I create is inspired by the systems I use in my own life to manage my finances, build better habits, stay organized, and keep moving toward my goals.
My life isn't perfect, and planning doesn't make every day easy. But it has helped me become more intentional with my time, more mindful of my progress, and more appreciative of the little wins along the way.
That's the feeling I hope to share with you.
