5 out of 5 stars10/10 would recommend this shop again! Our bouquets turned out amazing, the seller is wonderfully kind, and she even worked hard so that we could pick up our order early before Christmas because of a snowstorm coming in. I will be recommending this to every bride I know!

About TheBloomHive
One-Of-A-Kind Pressed Flower Frames | Preserving Joy In The Form Of Flowers
Inspired by the spark of joy a flower can bring, the memories a single flower can hold and a small vintage pressing in a soldered floating frame.
I am Ashley and I am the imagination, the gatherer, the presser and the floating frame maker of The Bloom Hive. I couldn't do it without the love and support of my husband, who helps me create all of my valuable presses and often patiently waits for me to gather unexpected blooms that catch my eye.
At a small home-studio in a wooded valley in Cincinnati, Ohio I handcraft all of the one-of-a-kind pressed floral frames you see here. I am working on creating my own cutting garden but all this wooded shade is doing me no favors. In the mean time, I responsibly source flowers and botanicals from roadsides, family and friends gardens, and local flower farmers. The plant materials gathered are pressed by hand through a natural, chemical and dye-free process.

Care instructions
This item features real plant material. Naturally, shifts in or fading of color may occur over time. To delay this process, take care to keep this item from direct or bright sunlight or artificial light (including windows), moisture or humidity. Continuous or high exposure to any of these things will accelerate any fading and/or browning of flowers, leaves, or plant material. Do not submerge in water. Shine the frame with a polishing cloth. To clean the glass, wipe with a soft microfiber
Real copper frame will naturally patina over time.
Shine the frame with a polishing cloth. To clean the glass, wipe with a soft microfiber cloth.
This handmade item is fragile. Handle with care.
How long will the flowers/leaves/plants last?
Every item in this shop features real plant material. The flowers, leaves and plant materials will retain their shape and detail for as long as the piece is cared for (see "Care Instructions" above). Flower, leaf and plant material, will have varying degrees of color shift/fading and/or browning that will naturally occur over time. Each flower/leaf/plant will be different. While this transition is beautiful and is determined in the organic nature of these pieces, taking care of your items as described in "Care instructions" above will delay this process as long as possible.
Can I place my wall hanging in a window?
It is strongly suggested to display your wall hanging away from direct or strong sunlight and not directly in or in front of a window (as described in "Care instructions" above) If you choose to display it in this way, know that any inherent color shift/fading and or browning that would come over a length of time will be greatly accelerated. Your plants and flowers will likely maintain their unique shape, but color will quickly fade away and damage is possible.
Can you press my wedding bouquet?
Yes! However, I am able to receive fresh wedding bouquets and preserve the flowers to create a multitude of keepsakes from your special day. There are several options available; please contact me in advance of your wedding to discuss details, options, and to secure your date (availability is limited). I am unable to work with previously dried (but not pressed) bouquets.
