Is your underwear like a pull-up?
No, they are completely different. A pull-up mimics the feel of a diaper, whereas my underwear is regular underwear with a built in lining to place a disposable pad inside.
Does the underwear stop bowl movements?
No, unfortunately the pad is only there to act as a barrier in case they do not make it to the bathroom in time.
